Shipping & Pickup Info: Shipping within 48 states is $275.00 (except for California); Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $575.00. Insurance ($25.00) is an option but is highly recommended. No local pickup for CA buyers at this time. Pickup fee is $100.00 per unit for non-residents of California, pick up in montclair, CA 90058 during weekdays.
Damage Policy: Since all orders are shipped via third party LTL trucking company, we strongly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance to protect your investment against lost or damage which may occur during transit. Shipping insurance will protect you in the event of a lost shipment and a replacement vehicle will be shipped to you with no additional cost. You will also be protected against shipping damage(s), if your vehicle is damaged there are 2 solutions: 1) if the damage is simply a few scratches or cracked plastic part(s), you can accept it and we'll file a claim with the trucking company on your behalf to recover the damage and send you replacement parts free of charge after we receive your complete supporting documents for the claim. Please be sure to inspect the bike thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages MUST be noted on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowledgement, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. All required supporting documents such as delivery receipt, digital pictures and description of damage(s) must also be received within 2 days via fax or email. Failure to do so may cause your claim to be denied by the trucking company and you will have to pay for the replacement parts. Please save all original packaging material in case the shipping company exercises their right for inspection. Our trained and experienced customer service representatives are available to assist and resolve any shipping claims based on your complete supporting documents. 2) If your vehicle sustained structural damages beyond repair, please take pictures of the vehicle and indicate the damage on the delivery receipt then refuse delivery, contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf. Please understand, if we file a claim against the shipping company for a non-repairable vehicle that was damaged in shipping, it will take the shipping company up to 90 days to resolve the claim. We do not replace any vehicle at our expense for any reason. Any refunds on non-repairable or lost vehicles will be refunded once the claim is settled. Any chargeback on payment will be subject to a $75.00 chargeback fee, interest, and attorney and court fees. Buyers fully accept all responsibilities in regards to any financial or time loss which may occur due to this transaction.

Return Policy: We offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for your vehicle, please notify us in writing within 2 days of receiving your vehicle, and we will issue you a full refund for the vehicle. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process a refund after we receive the returned vehicle. The 3% credit card processing fee (if you paid with credit card), shipping or pickup fees are non-refundable for any reason. All items are brand new sealed in manufacturer’s packaging, there are absolutely no refunds or returns/exchanges allowed for any items that are assembled, used or fueled for any reason as the vehicle would be considered used. You are responsible for:
Returning the product in new, resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
Paying all costs for return shipping. Since you are also responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping process, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the vehicle is shipped back damaged.
You must contact us prior to returning any items. Any item returned without our approval will be refused and returned to you.
No return or exchange for local pickups.
We use a third party LTL trucking company to delivery your vehicle, orders may NOT be cancelled or refused on the basis of extended transit schedules since we have no control over the shipping company. You may cancel your order if the vehicle has NOT been shipped within 14 business days after you pay, and you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped or refuse to accept the delivery if there was no structural damages beyond repair, you agree to pay for all shipping costs to and from our warehouse, no exceptions. A full or partial refund will be issued within 7 business days after we authorize a cancellation.
Changes, Errors and Inaccuracies: We carry wide range products from different manufacturers, and each shipment may slightly vary, therefore, unforeseen typographical errors, picture errors and inaccurate information on this website may occur. We strive to list and advertise all text and product information as accurate as possible.
