  • Paying all costs for return shipping. Since you are also responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping process, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the vehicle is shipped back damaged.

  • You must contact us prior to returning any items. Any item returned without our approval will be refused and returned to you.

  • No return or exchange for local pickups.

We use a third party LTL trucking company to delivery your vehicle, orders may NOT be cancelled or refused on the basis of extended transit schedules since we have no control over the shipping company. You may cancel your order if the vehicle has NOT been shipped within 14 business days after you pay, and you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped or refuse to accept the delivery if there was no structural damages beyond repair, you agree to pay for all shipping costs to and from our warehouse, no exceptions. A full or partial refund will be issued within 7 business days after we authorize a cancellation.

Changes, Errors and Inaccuracies: We carry wide range products from different manufacturers, and each shipment may slightly vary, therefore, unforeseen typographical errors, picture errors and inaccurate information on this website may occur. We strive to list and advertise all text and product information as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including order that have already been submitted. If such errors occur, we apologize for any inconvenience.
